Terms of Business

An advance payment of £500.00 is payable at the commencement of the search for rental or purchase. For Purchase, a finders fee a 1.5% (exclusive of VAT) of the total property purchase price is payable to Somerset Property Finders upon exchange of contracts.

For Lettings, our registration fee is followed by a charge of one month's rental (exclusive of VAT), payable on exchange of documentation. In the event that the rental property is subsequently purchased by a client, the same commission terms of 1.5% of purchase price applies.

Please Note the registration fee covers a continued search for those who rent with a view to subsequent purchase of a property.
